The white tiger is a pigmentation variant of the Bengal tiger, which is reported in the wild from time to time in Indian States of Assam. Such a tiger has the black stripes typical of the Bengal tiger, but carries a white or near-white coat.

White tigers are same like the normal tigers but the color of its fur is white . It is caused by a lack of the pigment pheomelanin, which is found in Bengal tigers with orange color fur.  White tigers have a stunning blue eyes, beautiful white fur. White male tigers reach weights of 200 to 230 kilograms and can grow up to 3 meters in length.  The white tigers tend to grow faster and heavier than orange tiger.

Even tough the color of it s fur is beautiful but its disavantage. because they cannot disguise from their prey. And it can’t do surprise attack.

Merapi Mount

Mount Merapi, Gunung Merapi  is an active stratovolcano located on the border between Central Java and Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This mount has erupted a lot o times. The last erupted is on the afternoon of 25 October 2010. The height of this mountain is about 2,930 m (9,610 ft). This mount is amazing and so0 beautiful.

There are a lot of things that we can do in mount Merapi, like climbing , travelling with jeep and enjoy the nature around the mount. The most interesting things to try in this place is travelling with jeep. Because in a jeep we can feel so free with the wind and the dust around the mountain.
Climb to this mountain will make you feel so blessed in the top of the mountain. Because you can see sunrise, the pure blue sky and many more. Even the cloud is under your foot. And you can fool more challanged because is hard to reach the top of this mount.

Merapi mount has erupted alot of times. Last time it erupted on 5 November 2010. One of the villages got damage by Gunung merapi erupted and the name of teh village is Cangkringan. The erupted alaso destroyed all things even houses badly damaged by mount Merapi eroupted.

The Culture Festival : Megantara

                On 10^th September 2016, SMA Negeri 3 Bandung held an event in Lapangan Bali SMAN 3 & 5 Bandung  called Megantara. Megantara is a culture festival on SMA Negeri 3 Bandung and it is a yearly event. The name of the culture festival is change every year. But SMA Negeri 3 Bandung always makes the festival full of Indonesian culture. In this year SMA Negeri 3 Bandung filled the festival with culture of all provinces in Indonesia. The gate started to open on 11.30 AM and closed at 04.00 PM. The full event is over on 10.00 PM.

                In the morning SMA Negeri 3 Bandung held the parade with kindergarten kids. The kids wore traditional clothes of Indonesia. Also the commites and the students of SMA Negeri 3 Bandung. They walked from Lapanganan Bali and went back to Lapangan Bali, It was a little bit far. It was really fun because we can telled the people around the road about Megantara and of course, Indonesian culture.

                After the gate was open, the stage started to fill with the performers. The field was filled with food stands. There were a lot of foods and drinks that I wanted to try. And there were a stand which is filled with Indonesian big island’s culture, for example Papua, Jawa, Sumatera and many more.  Beside that there were a lot of performance of Indonesian culture like Traditional dance, music and many more. And in the evening there were a fashion show with theme “Indonesian traditional clothes”.

                And the performance started getting more fun in the evening. Because the guest star and the favorite performances always in the end of the event. The performers like Tiloe’s Theater, OSD, Ran ,The Changcuters and the others performers.  And I was attending the event until the end of the event. It was really fun and memorable experience.

World Tournament and Techno Festival

About  2 weeks ago SMA Negeri  Bandung held an event called World Tournament and Techno Festival. All student in X and XI grader was participating in this event. The event exactly held on 20^th August 2016 start from 6.30 AM until 3 PM. There were a lot of games at many places. And the most important rule was we must use English to communicate with friends, mentor or anyone in that event. There are many lesson that we can learn in this event like use English as a language, togetherness, and absolutely how to have fun.

In that event we needed to wear the same clothes and we were  not prohibited to wear same clothes with another class but not for the pants. And my class X Science 2 wore a black shirt with a red scarf.  The event started in Lapbal or Lapangan Bali, and the mentors told us to make a line by class. After all class gathered in Lapbal the mentors separated us by grade like X Science 1 with XI Science 1, X Science 2 with XI Science 2 and so on.

Then we moved to another place with the map as a key. The map filled by a clue and an option of the place so we have to matched it. There were different games  in the different places. The games was like a challenge for the X and XI grade. There were spicy noodles challenge, Play fight games, play soccer games( not a real soccer),  twister, quiz about technology and many more.  The winner got a puzzle that will be useful  for the and of the event.

Oh yeah I almost forgot, the theme of WTTF 2016 was about outer space I think. Because in every places named by a planet names and there were aliens too. If we attacked aliens with water balloon they will gave us a puzzle. And the end of the day there were the aliens attack because  they stole the puzzle. And last thing to do was rearranging the puzzle. I don’t  remember who was the winner and I felt tired because I had another plan after it.

Although I didn’t participate any games but I was enjoying it. I gave all my energy to support them and I didn’t regret it. Because that event make me closer with my friends and increase my knowledge about SMA Negeri 3 Bandung environtment, activities and many more.
