The Culture Festival : Megantara

                On 10^th September 2016, SMA Negeri 3 Bandung held an event in Lapangan Bali SMAN 3 & 5 Bandung  called Megantara. Megantara is a culture festival on SMA Negeri 3 Bandung and it is a yearly event. The name of the culture festival is change every year. But SMA Negeri 3 Bandung always makes the festival full of Indonesian culture. In this year SMA Negeri 3 Bandung filled the festival with culture of all provinces in Indonesia. The gate started to open on 11.30 AM and closed at 04.00 PM. The full event is over on 10.00 PM.

                In the morning SMA Negeri 3 Bandung held the parade with kindergarten kids. The kids wore traditional clothes of Indonesia. Also the commites and the students of SMA Negeri 3 Bandung. They walked from Lapanganan Bali and went back to Lapangan Bali, It was a little bit far. It was really fun because we can telled the people around the road about Megantara and of course, Indonesian culture.

                After the gate was open, the stage started to fill with the performers. The field was filled with food stands. There were a lot of foods and drinks that I wanted to try. And there were a stand which is filled with Indonesian big island’s culture, for example Papua, Jawa, Sumatera and many more.  Beside that there were a lot of performance of Indonesian culture like Traditional dance, music and many more. And in the evening there were a fashion show with theme “Indonesian traditional clothes”.

                And the performance started getting more fun in the evening. Because the guest star and the favorite performances always in the end of the event. The performers like Tiloe’s Theater, OSD, Ran ,The Changcuters and the others performers.  And I was attending the event until the end of the event. It was really fun and memorable experience.
